Young people are the heart of the organisation.  

Here at STN, we deliver various projects and provisions to reach and support hard to reach disaffected and disengaged young adults from diverse BAMER backgrounds or other ethnic groups aged between 16- and 25 years old. 

At Stand Together Network (STN), we are dedicated to supporting young people, including care leavers and their families, who face a range of complex challenges. Our focus extends to addressing issues such as social isolation, language barriers, digital exclusion, domestic abuse, gang affiliation, low academic achievements, unemployment, and mental health concerns. We are here to provide support to anyone in need of additional guidance and assistance. 

Our approach includes offering personalized one-on-one sessions and group activities, centered around advice and training. These are designed to help individuals overcome their unique barriers, seize opportunities, and realise their dreams. Our goal is to empower them to thrive and achieve success in their personal and professional lives.  

We also specialise in career advice, guidance, and mentoring support, aimed at assisting young people every step of the way. This support is crucial in helping them identify and pursue their educational or career pathways with confidence.

Our team is deeply passionate about working with the youth and young people in our local communities across North London.   • Work Placement and Volunteering Opportunities: Our program facilitates hands-on experience, allowing participants to gain practical skills and valuable workplace exposure.
  • CV Clinics and Job Preparation: We offer comprehensive assistance with CV writing, job searching, interview preparation, and application form completion, equipping individuals with the tools they need for job market success.
  • Internship and Traineeship Programs: Specifically tailored for young people aged 16–24, these programs prepare participants for employment, further training, or apprenticeships. They combine training, coaching, and work experience to provide a solid foundation for professional growth.
