STN’s work goes beyond crisis response. We help survivors move forward with confidence—whether through training and skills development, help accessing further education, or support into employment and volunteering opportunities. Our services are designed to restore hope, strengthen self-esteem, and support each woman on her journey to a brighter, self-sufficient future.

Mentorship and Community Empowerment
We strive to build a strong, supportive community where women feel seen, heard, and empowered. Through our mentorship programmes and peer-led events, we encourage women to connect, share their stories, and learn from one another in safe, inclusive spaces. We are committed to ensuring that women’s voices are central to all discussions that affect their lives and futures.
