Each client receives personalised Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) sessions. During these sessions, our advisers will collaborate with you to uncover your potential, identify your needs, and explore your options. Together, we will set priorities and aspirations, crafting a plan tailored to propel your career and educational journey forward. Our goal is to help you realise your full potential and become job-ready. 

Our advisors are not only friendly and passionate about assisting you, but they also bring a wealth of cultural understanding, speaking a variety of languages including English, Arabic, French, Urdu, Turkish, and other community languages. 

Furthermore, we provide comprehensive IAG when trainees enroll in any of our courses. This is an integral part of our process, ensuring that every trainee fully understands all aspects of the program, and serves as an informal induction to our services. 

We provide FREE information, career advice, and guidance to all students on every course.

In addition to our primary services, we offer daily advocacy and ‘gap bridging’ support. Our center features a welcoming drop-in facility where individuals can access professional advice and information on a wide range of topics. These include benefits, housing, health, education, and training. 

The center is not only a hub for information but also a vibrant community space. We regularly organize events and programs focused on study, training, and youth support. Additionally, we recognize the importance of clear communication in a multicultural community, hence we offer translation services to cater to diverse linguistic needs. 

This comprehensive approach ensures that every visitor to our center finds the support and resources necessary to navigate their daily challenges and long-term goals.
