We tailor everything we do to meet your needs — helping you move forward from homelessness and work toward a more stable and secure future.

Our Help and Services Include:

We provide personalised support and practical help for people facing homelessness or housing difficulties. Our services include:

* Emergency Support: Help finding a safe place, refuge, or shelter if you are homeless or in crisis.

* Housing Support: Guidance on joining the housing register, applying for council housing, and challenging housing decisions. Advice on rent arrears, repairs, poor housing conditions, and eviction notices (Section 21 or Section 8).

* Benefit and Financial Support: Assistance with benefit applications, financial issues, budgeting, and submitting appeals. Help filling in forms and writing formal letters.

* Advocacy and Legal Representation: We offer advocacy with local councils, court representation, and help challenging housing decisions.
