Prevention is at the heart of what we do
Healthy mind, Healthy Body.
Body Balance Fitness and exercise classes include Zumba, outdoor walks, yoga, pilates, mindfulness, and others.
We offer sessions and workshops to raise awareness on healthy lifestyle, healthy eating, budgeting, drawing, story telling sessions, socialising, cofee morning and other activities.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the mental health of BAMER people all over the country but people who already experience inequality have been far more adversely affected. Some people have been disproportionately affected by the negative mental health impact of the pandemic and the consequences of lockdowns.
STN delivers professional wellbeing workshops in a fun, engaging and inclusive manner, and it delivered by trained healthcare professionals, and it designed to encourage our BAMER groups to make positive lifestyle changes, reduce social isolation and feel connected, healthy, and motivated.
